MyGVEA allows you to make a one-time payment from your checking, 储蓄, 签证, MasterCard, Discover or debit card.
Download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Search for “Golden Valley Electric.”
注意:
If you don’t have an existing user ID/password, click on the “Sign up to access our Self Service site” link. Both your account number and meter number are needed to create a log-in account. You can find these listed on your bill.
- Only one username and password are needed to access both the mobile app and desktop version of MyGVEA.
- When signing up for Auto Pay your account balance must first be paid to zero.

You have access 24/7 through GVEA’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system. Just call our main phone number, (907) 452-1151, or toll-free at (800) 770-4832 and follow the prompts to:

Drop boxes are available on our Member Service buildings in 费尔班克斯 and Delta Junction
Drop-box payments will be collected and processed by 4 p.m. each business day
All payments, including delinquent payments, made after 4 p.m. may not be processed until the next business day
Do not deposit 现金
